She helped me understand what was happening and explained the severity to me. During the sessions she talks. She will help you understand the technicalities by telling you how each exercise or stretching helps and which muscle group it targets. She did not limit herself to treating a specific injury. She helped me understand how the injury was related to weakness in certain muscle groups. We worked towards making those muscle groups stronger. I had a very holistic recovery as well as learning experience working with her. I am able to run better, faster and stronger.
